You will always receive confirmation within 24 hours** that your order has been received.

If you are a first-time customer, a proof will be emailed to you within 24 hours**. Upon approval, your order will immediately enter our production queue and will be printed in the order received. 

If you are a regular print customer, we will process your files even faster. We’ll only require proof approval if you expressly request it or if we encounter technical errors in the files.

We may take up to 2 business days to print and package your order for shipping. They are often shipped sooner!

Once shipped, your order will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail within 2–3 days, depending on destination.

Please include the following details when emailing your print order:

  • Name of community
  • Your name
  • Quantity and type of product ordered
    (e.g., 150 newsletters and 150 11x17 calendars, single- or double-sided, etc.)

How much does it cost?

Of course, this will depend on the quantity and type of product. We offer what we feel are some of the best prices in the industry for calendar and newsletter printing. View our current price sheet, which breaks down the most common printing scenarios. We sincerely believe that the vast majority of facilities will find these prices to be considerably lower than their current costs. Also, feel free to contact us directly if you do not see what you are looking for on our current price sheet, and we would be happy to provide you with a custom quote.


What file formats do you accept?

PDF is the industry standard for print. Of course, you are welcome to submit the Word files we provide in our newsletter and calendar templates. Ultimately, we will do our best to work with whatever file formats you provide for your print order. 


What sizes can you print?

Currently, Activity Connection Print Services can print any size up to 11x17. Our printing system can also fold and staple in a variety of options. 


What kind of paper do you use?

Our house stock is 80# text weight with a silk finish. This paper makes beautiful prints with a semi-gloss look. If you have special requirements, we would be happy to accommodate custom orders. Simply email us for a quote. 


Can I get a sample of your products?

Email us with your address, and we’ll gladly mail you a free sample of our printed products. 


How do I pay for my order?

We always send an invoice with your order so that you can pay by check. Alternatively, you can pay for your orders with any major credit card. If you have an Activity subscription, we can simply bill the credit card on file with your account or we can make arrangements to bill a different card if you prefer. *Print-ready means that all changes have been made prior to submitting for print. Names, dates, etc. are considered accurate, and proofing would only be necessary for technical errors or layout/formatting inconsistencies.
