Invoice Request Details

Many companies or individuals are unable to use a credit card to purchase their subscription on-line. We therefore offer another option that you can use in order to pay for your membership by check. Please read the directions below, and we can then email you an invoice that you can use to pay for your membership by check, or submit to your company so that they can mail in the payment. Please note that this is not a receipt. If you already have an account that you paid for with a credit card, and are looking for a receipt, then please read our "F.A.Q" section. An invoice is simply a bill for membership, while a receipt actually shows that you have already paid for a membership.

If you would like to request an invoice, please send an email message to invoice.accounts@activityconnection.com containing the following information (please note that we cannot email you an invoice until we have all of this information):
  • Contact Name
  • Company Name (if applicable)
  • Mailing Address
  • Telephone Number
  • E-Mail Address
  • (this will be the contact for the account)
  • *Payment Cycle
*The payment cycles are as follows:
  • Quarterly (3 Months) - $44.85
  • Semi-Annual (6 Months) - $89.70
  • Annual (12 Months) - $143.40 (a savings of $36)
Once we receive this information from you, we will generate an invoice, and email it to the address that you request. There is no obligation for you to pay this invoice, it is simply a bill if you would like a membership. Once we receive your payment in the mail, we will then set up your account, and email you the username and password.

In order to keep our costs down we cannot accept invoice requests on a month-to-month basis. However, you can register on-line with any major credit card, and be billed on a monthly basis.

All invoice requests will be processed within one business day, and you will receive an email with your invoice attached, as well as a link to download our W-9 form. This is a form that some companies require us to provide so that they can report the expense to the IRS.
