There are many different ways to go when deciding what programs to offer residents and what activities to put on the calendar. The decision-making process can be confusing, and sometimes it leaves you with the feeling of “Am I doing the right things?”
This course will explain how to make activity choices based on what residents want to do and can do. It will also explain your limitations and options when it comes to choosing programs and the importance of small group activities. Then, the “Baker’s Dozen Activity Categories” will help you organize all of the activity possibilities. Finally, we will explain how to use the “Color Test” to evaluate your program.
