Stars & Stripes FITNESSCIZE is a 36-minute chair-type production broken into 3 segments which can be used 1-at-a-time for a shorter session, or back-to-back for a longer session. The title is designed with the specific needs of frail resident/patient (RPs) in mind, and both physical and mental benefits. RPs will LOVE the patriotic theme/tunes and will walk, or roll, away after every session wearing a smile on their faces. The smiles serve to reduce stress and anxiety while the movements within serve to improve functional fitness (e.g. strength, flexibility, lung function, body awareness, etc). Physical activity serves to empower any RP, regardless of their initial functional capabilities.
