I know this topic has been posted before, but has been quite awhile back. I am looking for a new way to document daily participation of my residents. Could anyone/everyone PLEASE email or fax me your daily documentation sheet so that I can compare and possibly come up with an easier way to do this? I'd also like to look at other's documentation, I wish there was a place on this site we could upload to so we could easily share samples. I'd also like to know how much time everyone spends documenting each day. |
