Anti-Boredom
Month or Beat the Humdrums Month -
This month encourages people to examine whether
they, co-workers, family or friends are experiencing
periods of boredom in their lives. How about your

overcoming monotony and routine. (Monotony can
generate mental and emotional lethargy and resignation.)
A varied and interesting activities program can
help alleviate boredom for residents, and Activity
Connection.com is a good place to start.
Celebrate March to the Beat of a Different Drummer

Humdrum Hump Day (July
